Tips to keep the Skin Glowing!


1)Drink lots of water!

Try to drink at least eight 8 ounce glasses of water each day. This will keep the skin hydrated and healthy


2)Try using Organic Products OR Clean Products (this entails readingall labels carefully)


3) Never use body soap to wash your face. Use water only, soap will strip your skin of any essential oils that it needs.


4) Wash your face morning and night. Washing your face in the morning gives you a fresh look and washing your face at night clears away clogged pores, dirt, oil and makeup.


5)Start using a good serum. It penetrates into the skin properly. Most moisturizers are too thick to penetrate and just sit on the surface of the skin, which is a good add on anyway for extra moisture but not needed.


6)Apply makeup that contains SPF. This makes it easy and you won’t forget!


7) Anti-aging creams in moderation. We recommend to not use these products until you are at least 21 years of age.
