4 beef patties, raw
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound cooked (leftover) corned beef brisket, shredded
8 pieces cooked bacon
8 pieces of butter lettuce
4 slices of tomato
3 cloves garlic
1 cup mayonnaise
2 1/2 teaspoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/4 teaspoons pink Himalayan salt
Evenly season the burger patties with the salt, cajun seasoning, and garlic powder. In a pan over medium high heat add the olive oil, and cook the burger patties to your desired temperature.
Allow to cool.
To make the garlic aioli, combine the mayo, garlic, lemon juice and salt in a food processor until the consistency is smooth.
Plate a piece of lettuce, add a burger patty, top with the bacon, corned beef, and tomatoes. Generously drizzle the garlic aioli and top with another piece of lettuce and enjoy!
