6 Cups of White Coconut Cream Tea
(this Tea is purchase online here) 1 Cup Coconut Milk 3 Tablespoons of Monk Fruit (use more if desired) 1 Tbsp Ultima Electrolyte Cherry Pomegranate (premixed) 1 Lemon (sliced into wheels) 1 Lime (sliced into wheels) Cherries for garnish (optional)
Fill 2 ice cube trays with coconut tea and freeze overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Fill a blender entirely up with the frozen tea ice cubes.
Add coconut milk and blend for 30 seconds or until all of the ice is crushed.
Place the sweet tea mixture in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to get a real slushy consistency.
Stir and pour into your cups of choice
Before serving, mix up some Ultima cherry pomegranate electrolyte powder with some sugar free simple syrup and drizzle it on the top (make sure it’s not too thick you want it a little loose so that it spreads over the slush).
Garnish with lemon & lime wheels inside the cup and garnish with a cherry and lime!
