Suffer from Dark Spots? Let's talk!



You yourself can’t get rid of dark spots unfortunately but your skin certainly can! Dark spots are just skin blemishes that are fairly easy to fix.


Dark spots on the skin are also known as hyperpigmentation, age spots or liver spots depending on their cause—can happen at any time, but most often appear middle age.


Most often its exposure of past sun or artificial UV light used in tanning beds.


Dark spots are generally harmless, but there are times when they could be questionable and if that's ever the case its worth heading to your dermatologist.


As far as I can remember, I was trying different products for my age spots and over the years they never got better and sometimes worse and more even more posts would appear no matter what I tried.


So what did I do? I researched and researched and spoke to other skin care professionals about it. I got some really great ideas to try in the privacy of my own home.


So here's what I do...



Ingredients:

2 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

2 tablespoon rose water

1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Glass container with tight lid



Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well, pour into your glass container.


Apply with a cotton pad to the affected area and leave on for 10 minutes.


You can do this morning and evening every day or every other day.


Rinse with warm water and finish off with your favorite serum or moisturizer.


This is not a miracle treatment that happens over night but give it 6/8 weeks and you will see a different if your doing this every other day.
