Rosemary & Sage Pork Loin

1-1/2 pound boneless pork loin

1/2 cup mayo of your choice

2 tablespoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 sprigs fresh rosemary

3 leaves of fresh sage

1 cup bone broth or water


Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Grease a dutch oven with olive oil.

Coat the meat with HALF of the seasonings, then apply the mayo and coat the loin totally. Place inside of the dutch oven and apply the remaining half of the seasonings. Place 2 sprigs of the rosemary on top of the loin, and the remaining on the sides along with the sage. Pour in bone broth or water.

Bake for 3.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Allow to rest for 15 mins then enjoy!
