Low Carb Rosemary Olive Loaf

This was made using the “Just like Buttermilk” pancake mix from Kawaii Treats & Eats


1 bag just like buttermilk pancake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup mayo

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon bacon grease

1/4 teaspoon pink salt

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary

1 tablespoon garlic powder

3 tablespoons water

1/3 cup chopped Sicilian olives –

(Additional rosemary and olives to top if desired)


Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease a bread pan very well.

Combine all ingredients and pour into bread pan. Top with additional chopped olives and rosemary if desired. Bake for 30 mins and turn off oven. Remove from oven after 5 minutes have passed. Allow to cool completely. Serve with your favorite meats,cheeses, and olive oil dips!
