Low Carb Tea Sandwiches

You can make these tea sandwiches with any meat/cucumber combo but we used:

1/2 pound thinly sliced Prosciutto

2 medium cucumbers, sliced into ribbons

Bread Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups almond flour 

1/4 cup coconut flour 

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

3 eggs whisked

1/4 cup mayonnaise 

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon baking powder 

2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder 

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 packet instant active yeast

Preheat overn to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Grease a small bread pan very well. Combine all ingredients together evenly and put in bread pan. Top with a sprinkle of sunflower seeds. Allow to sit for approximately 30 minutes and then place in oven and bake for 40 minutes. Allow to completely cool before removing.

Herbed cream cheese 

6 oz whipped cream cheese 

2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped 

2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley chopped 

2 teaspoon garlic powder 

1/8 teaspoon black pepper 

Combine all ingredients in bowl.
