Nush Cake Chocolate Balls
3 nush cakes (1 banana, 1 blueberry, 1 carrot spice)
3 tablespoons room temperature cream cheese
1/4 cup ChocZero white chocolate chips
1/4 cup ChocZero dark chocolate chips
Crumble each flavor Nush cake into its own bowl.
Add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese per Nush cake. Mix thoroughly. Form into 1” balls in the palm of your hand and refrigerate for one hour.
In a microwave safe bowl, microwave chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until melted. Dip each ball using a fork and coat very well. Place on parchment paper and top with sprinkles. Set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Yields approximately 12 cake balls
For best results, keep leftovers refrigerated.
