Maple Pecan Bites
2 cups pecans
1 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay the pecans out evenly on a sheet pan and roast for 8 minutes.
Put the pecans and salt in a food processor. Begin processing on high, streaming in the maple syrup until a "paste" forms.
Remove and press into molds if desired. Refrigerate overnight.
You can also roll it into a "log" using parchment paper and cut off slices to enjoy!
