Low Carb Keto Bagels 


Ingredients:


3 ounces of cream cheese

2 ounces of cream cheese 

1 3/4 cups of almond flour

2 eggs

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning

1 tbsp sesame seeds

jalapeno slices

pan spray (0 carb)

Directions:


Preheat over to 350 degrees. Add the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove from microwave and stir cheeses with a fork until fully combined. Immediately add the eggs, almond flour and baking powder. Stir until all the ingredients are combined together. The dough might feel a little sticky but don’t worry! 

Divide dough into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion out in your hand in a tube like shape than close the end leaving a hole in the middle like a donut. Place each bagel on a sprayed baking pan and topped with the everything but the bagel seasoning.

Bake for 15 mins or until golden brown.
