Avocado Toast on Nut Bread

Nut bread
Ingredients:
3 cups assorted nuts (I used 1 cup whole pecans, 1 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, and 1/2 cup sliced almonds )
1/3 cup ground flaxseed meal
3 eggs, whisked
1/4 cup olive oil or melted coconut oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease a loaf pan VERY well.
Mix all ingredients together
Put in loaf pan, bake for 45 minutes.
Remove and let it cool COMPLETELY before removing. Once you remove let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before trying to slice.
Top with sliced avocado, crumbled goat cheese, and everything but the bagel seasoning!
