Jalapeño Poppers & Sriracha Dipping Sauce

10 jalapeños (cut in half lengthwise with the ribs and seeds removed) 1 cup softened cream cheese

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt 20 slices of raw bacon


Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit

Using a glass mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the onion powder and salt.

Evenly distribute the cream cheese mixture into the jalapeno openings.

Tip- you can put your cream cheese mixture into a ziploc bag, and cut off a corner. This makes for an easy cream cheese insertion!

Wrap each jalapeno with a slice of bacon. Secure flat underneath, or you can use a toothpick to keep the bacon in place.

Place all the peppers on a wire rack on top of a foil lined baking sheet for easy clean up and bake for 35 mins.

Sriracha Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup sriracha 1/2 cup mayo 1 tsp crushed garlic

1 teaspoon onion powder

Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to serve!
