HOW TO MAKE FRUIT-INFUSED WATER!



We all know that drinking eight glasses of water a day is ideal to maintain proper hydration but sometimes it’s kind of hard to do.


Water is so good for your over all health so to get our water in take in properly every day we sometimes Fruit-infuse our water. Its a great alternative because they taste amazing and they’re made with healthy ingredients and we love that!


The easiest way to make fruit-infused water is to add all of the ingredients to a large pitcher, and add hot water and let it steep on the counter or in the refrigerator for a few hours. You can even leave it overnight. The longer it sits, the better it will taste.


You could take fruit-infused water on the go that way you will always have a delicious drink with you when you are busy at work or attending school.


Fruit-Infused water can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
