Garlic Chili Marinade

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp chili powder 

1 tbsp garlic powder 

1 tbsp parsley 

1 tbsp cumin 

4 tbsp of Olive Oil

1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar


Mix everything together in a glass bowl.

Add the meat to the marinade with the olive oil and vinegar and spices and mix so that it coats all the meat. Plastic wrap the bowl and pop it into the fridge over night or for at least 3/4 hours.

You can use this on chicken, steak, ribs or even fish.
