Fresh Tuna Salad 


16 oz. sushi grade ahi tuna

1/2 cup cucumber 

1/2 yellow pepper (thinly sliced) 

1/2 cup red onion

4 cups mixed greens 

Jalapeños slices 

Lime slices 

Black sesame seeds


Cut the tuna into medium cubes. Cut the cucumber & red onions into medium slices, cut the peppers into thin long slices.

Portion out the salad, tuna, cucumber, pepper, red onion, jalapeños, limes onto plates.

Garnish with lime slices & black sesame seeds 


4 tablespoons rice vinegar 

6 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoon minced ginger 

2 tablespoons brown sugar 

1/2 cup avocado oil

salt & pepper to taste
