Dairy free wine Ice Cream
1 cup Secco wine rosato wine
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup @pyureorganic granulated sweetener
4 egg yolks
2 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
3 drops @indiatree organic red food coloring (optional)
Blueberries for garnish and to be extra
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat bring the wine and coconut milk to a boil. Add in @pyureorganic and remove immediately from heat.
Allow to cool for five minutes and slowly whisk in egg yolks, constantly whisking so you don’t get scrambled eggs.
Add in vanilla and food coloring and pour into your ice cream maker and churn as instructed. Mine took 30 mins. Serve with more @seccowineclub and blueberries!
