Cross Cut Beef Short Ribs with Kumana Sauce Marinade

Ingredients:
3 pounds cross cut beef short ribs
1/2 bottle of Kumana Foods – Be Original Sauce (if you don't have this you can use Salsa Verde)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons cumin
Directions:
Toss the ribs with all ingredients in a glass or stainless steel bowl. Allow to marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the ribs on a greased wire rack and bake for 35 minutes!
Serve with pickled red onions and more Kumana Sauce for dipping!
