Chocolate Avocado Shake

Ingredients:
8 ounces almond milk
½ cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar substitute
½ avocado FROZEN (easiest if this is diced before hand)
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons almond butter
1½ teaspoon golden flax seed meal
Directions:
Blend all together. Rim glass with almond butter and top with cacao nibs if desired
