2 pounds ground beef, raw 1 yellow onion diced 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (this adds heat if you don't like spicy omit) 3 tablespoons cumin 3 tablespoons chili powder 3 tablespoons garlic powder Salt to taste 1 can tomato paste (4 oz) 2 cups low carb tomato sauce of your choice 1-1/2 cups beef bone broth
Put all ingredients into a greased 8 quart crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours, reduce to low for 2 hours. Serve with desired toppings.
