4 large eggs
4 tablespoons butter, melted
4 tablespoons sour cream
2 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter and sour cream and set aside.
In a separate medium size bowl mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir to combine.
Stir in the cheddar cheese.
Drop batter into dollops onto the baking pan, about 2/3 tablespoons each.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Makes approximately 20 biscuits
