Blue Spirulina Smoothie

1 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower florets 1/4 cup blueberries fresh or frozen 1 tablespoon MCT oil 1 tablespoon almond butter 1 tablespoon granulated sugar substitute of your choice 1 teaspoon blue spirulina 1 scoop collagen peptides 1 tablespoon chia seeds


Blend all ingredients in blender, and enjoy!

Top with unsweetened coconut chips, hemp hearts, raspberries and cacao nibs  for an additional crunch!
