A Super Shamrock Workout!



Training kicks in before luck runs out!

Before the St Patrick's Day festivities, make sure to get in a good shaking shamrock workout!

Here's a quick circuit to keep you moving before the party gets hoppin':


Complete each exercise for 30 seconds each with no rest between exercises.

Rest three minutes, then repeat the circuit 4x


Jumprope

Straight plank

Crunches

Mountain Climbers

5 pound weighted squats



Once four circuits are completed, release muscle tension by laying in child's pose for upwards to 1 minute.
